another small poll

There are a few titles on BD that carry multiple lossless audio tracks

examples

300 original BD carries a PCM and Dolby TrueHD track
For All Mankind (UK BD_) carries both DTS-MA and TrueHD
Ip Man (HK BD) carries PCM, DTS-MA AND TrueHD 7.1!

I know technically they are all the same in some cases but if given the option, which is your preferred audio format

Personally, i always opt for PCM if i can.

I think it sounds a bit more robust than the other two. When choosing what BD carry the best A/V quality, i'll tend to go for the title that carries PCM audio

I always prefer DTS-HD MA track for blu-ray, i know there say PCM is meant to be the best but i always opt for the DTS track, but i will say Super 8 and Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol's Dolby True HD tack's are amazing and loud and clear and sounded better then some DTS-HD MA tracks i've listened to.

Using The Onkyo TX-NR609 AV Reciever with Tanoy HTS-101 Speaker Package.

I have been in the audio design core for the longest and from my personal experience I have found most, actually let me rephrase and say, "more than a few" DTS-HD MA tracks are generally mixed much louder than original intention. As has always been the case when it comes to dts anyway though! Both TrueHD and MA are awesome anyway so why choose one or the other! lol
