Wow. They really used the Tommy Gun by itself as the back art? WTF?!? A Tommy Gun was NEVER used in this version of the film. I'm a completist, but I refuse to even acknowledge this version even exists 
Maybe they are too scared to put the ... what was it, M-16 with grenade launcher if i recall on it due to all the stuff about guns in todays media. But im guessing it was more that a designer who isnt very familiar with this film did some "research" and the dvd for the classic had the tommy gun and probably created this..Wow. But ... I think the art could still work if they just changed the gun.

It looks like the same design as recent FOX's Alien, Lincoln, Fight club & co....
