It's mentioned in the description in the link, but it's already been pulled from the German and Czech releases.

I think Poland and Germany were the only countries to get the 3D version included with Noah.

Taiwan has 2d and 3d steelbook from Jsdvd

Be careful with this.
Interstellar was marked as steelbook and when it was despatched the name changed to futurepak.

I'd suggest asking bluedvd for a confirmation that it's actually a steelbook not some sort of other metal case.
