Probably going to pass on this unless it's super limited. Shrek is the type of animated movie I dislike, too much pop culture jokes that are outside the immediate universe for my liking.
I still kinda of enjoyed the first one though but I rather support something I really loved like HTTYD.

Fox now holds distribution rights to many DreamWorks titles.

It'll be a Paramount release - everything before and including Rise of the Guardians is theirs, everything after + the DTV stuff (Penguins TV show etc) is Fox's.

I'd get all of them but I'd feel begrudging with 3. The first is perfect, second is good but let down by Charming and too many naff pop culture references, 3 is dead in its heart so one for completionist sake, 4 is alright just about pulls it up by the end. I imagine they'd be best using the art with everyone running toward the camera for the first

Hopefully this means that other Dreamworks animations will be getting steelbooks, I would love to have Monsters vs Aliens, Megamind, How to Train Your Dragon in steelbook.

Every time I hear Eddie Murphy's character, I think to myself there is no good reason why Disney shouldn't release Song of the South. I would like to see a 4-disc slim steel with all the Shrek movies.

I would only buy this if it was separate releases for all of the movies.

Shrek 1, 2 and 4 were really good. Shrek 3 felt forced, phoned in and not funny.

Yes, only if all 4 are done, either as a 4x disc slim set or individuals. Personally I would prefer the 4x disc slim set to save space.
