It hasn't arrived yet, was only dispatched Monday.

They agreed to give me a full refund because I cancelled within minutes of ordering and they agreed with me that I should receive postage labels to cover costs due to it being cancelled so fast. I did point out that the failed cancelation notice stated it wasn't even being dispatched for another 2 days giving them plenty time to cancel my order.

Received this email too...wonder if their systems are confused by the release of the original Sin City steelbook? It is due for release on Monday and my order hasn't been posted yet

Also got the same email think the Sin City first film Steelbook is delayed

At first, the order button was 'buy', not 'pre-order'. The 'buy' means 'shipping within 24 hours'. 24 hours passed, and Zavvi system sent the 'order status update' email. The email is sent periodically. It's not delay. It's just a Zavvi system bug. It's always the way...

Erm... it's still in the cinema guys, I wasn't expecting it yet!

Was notified too. I think there may have been a provisional date of the 2nd Sep 2014 when I at least did my preorder. Was this was a Zavvi side effect as that date has now been cleared.

I was also very impressed with the packaging - I suspect it wasn't done by Zavvi, but arrived that way from their supplier! lol Always handy to have loads of bubble wrap! I've also kept the corner protectors for if I ever send a particularly awesome steel to someone!

Got my canvas today, a lot nicer than I thought it would be. It's kinda sad though that this little canvas gets better packaging than $30 to $40 SteelBooks.

Well yeah for the price of nothing I'm sure you think it's worth it. But I didn't say "How is that normally free?!" did I? It's on the website for £10.

My canvas has arrived. Packaging is very good and safer than zavvi exclusive white box.
