Hope I have this in the right place. I'd like to get some hard cases for my more valuable steels. They seem hard to get. A seller on Ebay Germany is selling them, but won't ship to Canada. but was unable to get any. Can anyone help?

But problem with Blufans recent boxsets and novas is they are not the same size dammit. Because of that it be more difficult to do one batch size only to accommodate all them funny sizes.

What did they change about the SCF2 and SCF4 that make them "new"?!

For the latest NovaMedia slips (like the Kill Bills, GOTG, The Grey, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp etc) - what are the best slips to use now? The new SCF2's? They now say they're a couple of mm shorter in width which I'm not sure if that sounds too snug or not. I understand taller but why did they make them narrower? I have been using the SCF4 up until now for latest NM which are a loose fit.

Also, what is best for current regular FAC's like Spidey E2 etc? (All most recent non-XL's). New SCF2 or new SCF4's?

And lastly, Manta Lab slips?

I used to be fully up to speed on what protectors work best with what slips etc but now there's so many variations in BOTH I'm so confused lol

No pro but here's my 0.02. The Nova slips I have fit well in SCF4s (old model). I don't think they'd fit in the new SCF2s no more than they would in the old SCF2s. I think the main reason there's a new SCF2s (no idea if they'll keep both or phase the old model out) is because for non XL FACs, it should fit them better/more snug, maybe too much, I can't say because I haven't received my order yet. Have a look and you'll see how your FACs have about 2 mm spacing with the current SCF2s.
I think there's more variability within different retailers, and even sometimes within the same retailer than there are SCF models, so we have to make due with what we have available. I wish they'd add a couple new models... something in between SCF11 and SCF7 (huge gap there). And between SCF3 and SCF2 as well.

The old scf2 would fit the more recent nova full slips perfectly if they were 1mm taller, so I guess the new scf2 will be just right now.

Best would be I could order 1 (not a pack of 10) of each: SCF2 new and old , SCF3 and SCF4 (new and old) to check which are best for the different slips before ordering more
