Actually I've just noticed that I've been charged £1.99 delivery and there is no option of a free delivery anymore. Is this now standard? I didn't realise they changed their delivery rates. Hmm.

I think it's highly dependent on the item you order (i.e. its price). Sometimes you will have to pay for delivery for "extremely" low-price items. On the other hand, when ordering "No Country for Old Men" I was offered free tracked delivery to Germany.
