Bezüglich der detailgetreuen Nachbildung des Endo-Arms aus T2 müssen wir Ihnen jedoch leider mitteilen, dass wir dieses Produkt aufgrund von unvorhersehbaren Problemen im Produktionsprozess nicht rechtzeitig zum Veröffentlichungsdatum liefern können. Regarding the detailed replica of T2's endo-arm, however, we regret to inform you that due to unpredictable production process issues, we can not deliver this product in time for the release date. Studiocanal continues to work with all of its international partners and the endo arm manufacturer to address the issues that have arisen, as well as a new delivery timeline to be finalized in the coming weeks. Regrettably, we are currently unable to give a concrete date of delivery of the Endo arm, but we assume that this can not be delivered until next year.
We realize that this is a disappointing news for you, and once again we apologize for the delay and the resulting inconvenience. This is also a very unsatisfactory situation for us. We've done everything in the past weeks and months to keep the release date and offer this great product to fans. Our team continues to work to deliver as quickly as possible, and we hope to understand our decision to postpone the release.
In the following points, we have listed some additional information and instructions for your order and the product:
Pre-orders / cancellations
All pre-orderers will receive the 4 discs from the product set on 23.11.2017. We will inform you as soon as possible about the date of delivery of the Endo-Arm replicas.
The withdrawal period for the complete product is automatically extended to 2 weeks after delivery of the Endo arm. Upon revocation, all products, including the previously delivered discs, must be returned. In this particular case, a return of the open discs together with the Endo arm within the appropriate period of grace will be possible.
In the event that you cancel your order, the money will be credited to your credit card. If you have further questions, please contact the Customer Service at [email protected]
Cancellations after receiving the 4-disc: In this case, a return of the discs received is required. If the cancellation overlaps with the delivery of the discs, we ask for refusal of acceptance or return of the delivery.

The problems in the production process only affect the reproduction of the endo arm, the discs themselves are not affected.
The 4K restoration of the theatrical version of TERMINATOR 2 took place under the supervision of James Cameron and his production company Lightstorm Entertainment.
All discs from TERMINATOR 2's new releases are based on the 4K master released by James Cameron. The masters of the DVD, Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D and 4K UHD Blu-ray Disc were produced by a studio for all worldwide releases.
On the Blu-ray we offer you all 3 versions of "Terminator 2" using Seamless Branching. The theatrical version is based on the new 4K master. The additional scenes of the Special Edition and the Extended Special Edition are therefore qualitatively different.

As announced, on November 23, we will ship all the discs included in the Endo-Arm Edition (Blu-ray, 3D Blu-ray, 4K UHD Blu-ray and soundtrack).
Regarding the detailed replica of T2's endo-arm, however, we regret to inform you that due to unpredictable production process issues, we can not deliver this product in time for the release date. Studiocanal continues to work with all of its international partners and the endo arm manufacturer to address the issues that have arisen, as well as a new delivery timeline to be finalized in the coming weeks. Regrettably, we are currently unable to give a concrete date of delivery of the Endo arm, but we assume that this can not be delivered until next year.
We realize that this is a disappointing news for you, and once again we apologize for the delay and the resulting inconvenience. This is also a very unsatisfactory situation for us. We've done everything in the past weeks and months to keep the release date and offer this great product to fans. Our team continues to work to deliver as quickly as possible, and we hope to understand our decision to postpone the release.
In the following points, we have listed some additional information and instructions for your order and the product:
Pre-orders / cancellations
All pre-orderers will receive the 4 discs from the product set on 23.11.2017. We will inform you as soon as possible about the date of delivery of the Endo-Arm replicas.
The withdrawal period for the complete product is automatically extended to 2 weeks after delivery of the Endo arm. Upon revocation, all products, including the previously delivered discs, must be returned. In this particular case, a return of the open discs together with the Endo arm within the appropriate period of grace will be possible.
In the event that you cancel your order, the money will be credited to your credit card. If you have further questions, please contact the Customer Service at [email protected]
Cancellations after receiving the 4-disc: In this case, a return of the discs received is required. If the cancellation overlaps with the delivery of the discs, we ask for refusal of acceptance or return of the delivery.
Discs / master
The problems in the production process only affect the reproduction of the endo arm, the discs themselves are not affected.
The 4K restoration of the theatrical version of TERMINATOR 2 took place under the supervision of James Cameron and his production company Lightstorm Entertainment.
All discs from TERMINATOR 2's new releases are based on the 4K master released by James Cameron. The masters of the DVD, Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D and 4K UHD Blu-ray Disc were produced by a studio for all worldwide releases.
On the Blu-ray we offer you all 3 versions of "Terminator 2" using Seamless Branching. The theatrical version is based on the new 4K master. The additional scenes of the Special Edition and the Extended Special Edition are therefore qualitatively different.

So they're saying a different story then what's being told in the US, the arm is the issue, and not the 4K transfer of the movie to the discs?? So people whom ordered from StudioCanal will get a copy of the 4 disc set, and once the arm is sent to you, you have to return the copy of the 4 disc set. That's how I read it, is that correct??
So they're gonna fully charge us for the arm edition, send us just the discs until the arm is "ready" at some point

I cancelled my 4K/3D Endo Arm. I’m simply tired of the delays and mixed information. I need the money for Christmas gifts and don’t want to pay the full price now when the Arm won’t come until next year (if it ever comes at all). I also don’t want to hassle with returning the discs if something else goes wrong with the Arm. Furthermore, I don’t have a place to keep a 2 foot tall arm anyway... it certainly won’t fit on a shelf.
Firs, they blamed the delay on the 4K disc but now it’s the Arm?!? I was hoping for a very high quality Arm but if there are manufacturing problems that doesn’t leave me feeling very confident.
I suppose I’m just over it. I don’t care about the 4K disc anyway and would never choose to watch it when a 3D version is available. I’m just going to order the 3D disc and be done with it. This way, I can grab the steelbook which wasn’t part of the Endo Arm package anyway.

If anyone has ordered 2 of the U.K. Endoarm and willing to sell me one,that would be awesome.As long as they don' get cancelled as well,like the US.I had both ordered but decided to stick to the US one just before it got cancelled.
The way I look at it for now is, no news is still good news for us. As they have not cancelled my order like they did in other regions.
