The "Blu-rays Shipping Without Slipcovers" Thread

Hi guys, I was wondering who would quite like the idea of a pinned thread dedicated to updates surrounding particular titles as they stop shipping with slips? I find this info quite useful as we have all had an experience where a slip was expected and didn't arrive. It would be as simple as updating the thread with info surrounding your order if it didn't arrive with a slip.

I received "Me and Earl and the dying Girl" today from Amazon.com , should be with Slipcover but it's without. I even asked the chat before I placed the order and they said yes it will be delivered with Slip.
God damnit. But Amazon customer service is the most generous of all so I received a full refund and can keep it.
