There are a couple more blu ray releases which I remember there being digipaks for, at least from what I can remember seeing in unboxing videos, photos over on the Criterion forums and various places around the net. There are:

The Beatles; A Hard Days Night
Breaking the Waves
Eraserhead
Il Sorpaso
Investigation of a Citizen Under Suspicion
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
The King of Marvin Gardens
King of the Hill
Slacker
Tokyo Story
Y Tu Mama Tambien

Eraserhead is a brand new release, I received my copy just yesterday and I can say with real confidence that in hand it is a real beaut, its a really classy didgipak and without doubt one of THE best releases of the film to date in my opinion, I really highly recommend it!
