Sorry if it's not the good forum, but one version looks like a "Slipcover". The other one I found is a mediabook.

It looks like the left one is from Nova Media's Fortune Star collection http://novamnm.com/product/blu-ray-the-killer-plain-edition/333/?cate_no=119&display_group=1

Maybe a slip not a Mediabook. I don't follow this particular line, but perhaps @Sigill @PunkNinja @tridon or another Nova or slip fan can confirm?

Yeah it’s a slip with an Amaray case as @PunkNinja said.
