Wondering if anyone has any news on if The Martian with Matt Damon will be getting a steelbook at all?

Maybe you might want to wait till after it's released in theaters? I did see an advanced press screening the other night and WOW! My guess is yes, there will be one but, it's so early to tell.

Well, that will never happen, since Project PopArt steelbooks are by Sony, and this movie is a FOX release

Yea I went to the advanced screening too it was amazing, it's one of my favourite books and to see it on screen was amazing!

Well, a FOX release may mean no Steelbook ever since 20th Century Fox now hates physical media. (Killed Simpsons DVDs, and refuse to put out TRUE LIES, THE ABYSS, the X-FILES, etc.)....
But I stand by the joke!!!
