My patience finally paid off and I snagged a domestis 1/4 Slip at release price. Believe the hype it's gorgeous in-hand!

Personally my new favorite 1/4 Slip and possibly the only release I'll look to keep sealed.

This is the first steelbook of which I have bought 2 copies. One to open and one to keep sealed.
It is just gorgeous.

I was indeed confused with this one as well. Did not have funds to get tri-packs or to double-dip. So, I have just gone with the tradition which I have followed. All Full Slips from PA. It will look good with my Wrestler fullslip, ISTD fullslip.

As great as the other editions are, I must admit that in hand the lenticular really is the stand out winner, imo anyway

I like the lenticular best because I like the front and the back motives and I like the colours more. It looks more spectacular than the fullslip.

I just got my lenticular, I thought the 1/4 slip was the best but I would give it to the lenticular. The depth isn't amazing but the back art and spine make up for it. A great overall release from PA!

Was there ever a version of this released without a slip? I got one from ebay this week sealed with the PA stickers on the outside but no slip. Thought I'd take a punt on it as I wanted a copy to open to go with the lenti and it was below cost price if you inlcude shipping from PA.

I've opened it and it is the same PA steel (I have a friend with an open 1/4 slip) and with the goodies inside which were also still sealed in the black envelope. The seller seems reputable and I'm just looking to satisfy my curiosity as to this version. I'm very happy with it. Love the gloss and debossing on the steel.

I also saw this on the bay. But there definitely wasn't an officially released slip-less edition.

It may just be a Steelbook from a full slip/lenticular slip package, as the Steelbook inside is sealed separately, with the stickers removed from the slip and placed onto the Steelbook.

Perhaps it was replacements from PA for damaged steels. This definatly isn't an official release.
