This Mediabook will be available at Amazon.de so you should be able to order on your own to the US.
When it's listed at Amazon.de we will update this thread with the purchase link.

You can not preorder or buy anything on that site. It is merely the homepage from the Label Koch Media
If you click at the buy botton then you will be redirected to the amazon site
