Received my copies yesterday. The clear winner is E2 (Fitzgerald) in my eyes. It even would've been better if they also settled for white color in the title print. Anyway, even though I prefer E2 over E1, both turned out really nice. Now let's see how the FA slips compare to Manta's attempt.

Explain to me how it's egotistical of Alejandro González Iñárritu to have a director collector card in the set?

Firstly, I am 99% sure that was not a demand placed on FA by Iñárritu, more like they just included the card. If you have ever taken the time to actually listen to the guy speak about film and social issues, the guy is an incredibly passionate and humble man. Secondly, if you don't think he deserves recognition by way of a card for what can only be described as a masterpiece of filmmaking, then shame on you.
