Really cool art. Waiting to see the Korean release... I suspect Nova or Kimchi will land an exclusive edition.
One should've thought so but why the wait? It's getting a release everywhere now.
Simply down to their staggered release schedule. It's available on DVD in Korea. Majority of their hits will see releases on Blu in other territories before a domestic release. Though Blu Ray sales in South Korea have improved, its been mostly down to international interest from collectors like us and not specifically a huge drive in Korean movie sales. Seems they're still tentative about what to release and when. Even the most bankable names like Park Chan wook are still waiting on Plain Archive and CJ Entertainment to find a slot for The Handmaiden to relase in.
I trust such a hit will definitely see a Blu release sometime soon though.
