I can get a Batman V Superman dawn of Justice manta lab exclusive limited full slip edition steelbook for €80 including shipping, is this a fair price or too much? I am hesistant because I read that the group buy price was around $ 48,- for a limited full slip edition steelbook

Selling has a lot of variations and factors to consider. It all depends what you want, if you are in a need to get rid of them quick, maximizing the most money out of them, and importantly what steel you are selling.
Of course if you just wanna get rid of them auction them and most of them will go for peanuts or lower than your expected net prices (after fees). Auctions tend to for less/much less than a BIN price because of the urgency to sell.
Or play the hardball game and wait for a buyer that pays your asking price on a BIN. That means waiting for that one buyer.
Some steels are best to leave as BIN where as some can be beneficial with an auction.
