Voltron: Legendary Defender, a reimagining of the popular 1980s cartoon, is set for a June 10 debut on Netflix.

The DreamWorks Animation reboot follows a set of teenagers who suddenly find themselves the pilots behind five robotic lions used to protect the universe from evil amid a prolonged intergalactic war.

Watched the first (hour long) episode last night. Thought it was really good!
Great animation and voice work. Very impressed. Never watched Voltron as a kid but I'm really digging this new series.

I've watched some of the original voltron and go lion a couple years ago and I've been meaning to watch this version but haven't found time yet, might try to check it out over the weekend.
