It's not going to be the same and all the re-release will be different in some way. It always is The original will hold value New collectors not wanting to pay a premium one will get to own one

No it was never released in the U.K, we only had the directors cut.

Checked, there is no such option. They never worked it in like that.

Nope there is no option to turn it off.If you want the freighter free version you will have to buy the regular release m8
