I don't like bad cops. But I'm gonna go with EEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVEEEEEEERRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEE else and say Norman Stansfield.

I really wanted to say Al Pacino as Frank Serpico but, he more or less uncovers the bad cops and isn't one himself. That's probably my favourite bad cop film.
