Artwork and not interested in 4K is a good enough reason. Plus some might not own any of these

For example I don't own a suicide squad because I don't like any of the current artworks/ Steels

The finish of the US version is probably better than this one. Anyway, I prefer the German 4K steelbook artwork or the Italian/Aussie version.
