Yes, beautiful artworks. They're from Koch Media. From what I've read they're the new mastered transfers. I paid only 12-13 EUR each and got one on pre-order.
Indicator will use those masters in the UK. Don't know who will do them for the US ..
Can't say for sure since I buy them from a seller who take out the Digital Codes what makes it cheaper for me. So mine came unsealed, both the Slip and the Keep Case.
But @paulboland probably could answer that since he bought it from a retailer I think?

Yeah. I was also very impressed and also that we got them in Germany. From Koch Media. Slipcovers and Slipboxes are super rare over here on releases. And they were cheap as hell. They're Slipboxes, FSK sticker only on the foil, turn around cover for the Keep Case. And I really like how the Spines look together:
