Could possibly be this one? There are two listings for the blu-ray on bol.com, this one is €5 more than the other one and it has the same release date (the other listing is May)

If you google the EAN code 5050582898897, some sites has it listed as "metal case", so it could be some indication that it is the steelbook.

I'm guessing that is the french artwork? It says Retour vers le futur on it?

It's for the whole Benelux. In parts in Beglium they speak French, Dutch, Flemish too.
