Because its a gimmick that works all the time? Most people feed off these "limited" to 1000 or 2000 like its going out of style. Simply putting that in your ad almost guaranteeing a feeding frenzie. Then a guy like me looks at ebay, and sees people with 30-40 copies, selling it for $39.99 lol, happens everytime. I looked at the Avengers masterlist, and the only real exclusive is the Canadian FS version, which is a metal box (guaranteeing embossment) rather than a SB for the rest of the world. Now if we can only get rid of the U.S (possible) release, which, if the past tells us anything, will be an empty case, compared to the Cdn FS version which will be at least 4, if not 5 disks! But that really doesn't matter, because if the U.S empty cases do get released, the collectibility of th FS release will be destroyed, because Best Buy mass produces these cheap empty cases (please see Lion King for example). So lets hope the U.S "possible" release do not see the light of day!
