So that small sticker is going to nearly double the price of the UK steel with shipping, uh oh....

To be fair, the uk slips are not exactly pleasing to look at. A good example would be the Japan version of this film next to the U.K. one. Now that is amazing how different they look side by side.

Pleasing to look comes with a hefty price tag and not all can afford to buy the JP SB.
I believe there is a population of collectors who open their items to watch the movies and not being too carried away by data cards and slips. The Mexican SB is the one to go for as it has the U-Control PIP feature which is not available in the non-American releases. |

As far as art goes, the JP one is the best looking.

having two BATTLESHIP title in the front is a no-no ugly concept in my book
Japan messed up on that one.

Its better than seeing Ultraviolet twice on the front cover.

33 GBP or a possible 45 GBP after shipping for the JP one Vs. 15~18 GBP for the UK SB.

When collecting art money means nothing. You pay 5 times more for something that is 10% better. Thats the way it is in hi end collecting.

Collecting art for
1. Keeping it sealed 2. Being unable to see and feel what's on the back or the inside 3. Having no clue if the disc is playable or has playback issues 4. Not knowing what imperfections are buried underneath. I would rather pay 3 or 5x less for a sealed one or even pay twice for an opened / mint Steelbook. To me, money doesn't matter if one has plenty of disposable income or if I am the winner of Euromillions.
