No as it's not a 4K BD, only remastered in 4K

It's only a Blu-ray in Steelbook packaging. There's more important things in the world to worry about

I love it when a steelbook release includes multiple audio and several subtitles.

Is that hard to do that worldwide?

This mastered in 4K is a load of crap. Nothing but hype and studio desperation.

From my understanding this is even more hype than the superbit dvd's.

The fact its being remastered will make it look nicer. The 4K hype is nothing more than hype as the home video market continues to plumit. This last half of the year has been a decline for blu ray sales over 2012. They are trying to market 4K in hopes of people rebuying again. Aint gonna happen. The average consumer is moving on to streaming.

I don't think it is a bad thing personally. If this marketing hype improves the chances of older titles getting 4k remasters, both completely new releases and re-releases like this, that's great. Of course it is not really worth it with new films which should already have flawless transfers, but no one has to buy those if they don't want to.
