Universal announced Battlestar Galactica: The Plan will be coming to Blu-ray on October 27th, same day as the DVD release. This will be the first time fans will be able to see the action behind the eyes of the Cylon. The release will be unrated and uncensored. Universal have also provided technical specifications as well.
