Warner Bros. officially announced the title and logo for Zack Snyder’s follow-up to MAN OF STEEL today.
BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE (the title clearly a play on this film being an introduction to the eventual JUSTICE LEAGUE film) stars returning cast members Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Diane Lane as Martha Kent and Laurence Fishburne as Perry White alongside newcomers Ben Affleck (Bruce Wayne/Batman), Gal Gadot (Diana Prince/Wonder Woman), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor) and Jeremy Irons (Alfred).
Directed by Snyder from a screenplay by Chris Terrio (David S. Goyer provided the story), BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE is slated for a May 6th, 2016 release.

I loved Man of Steel and thought it could have survived without all these characters …. pushing in all these others so fast? trying to speed up and play catch up on Avengers? Hmmmm I think so.
