It’s not really a shock, but Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor from the upcoming BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE looks just like Jesse Eisenberg without hair, but nevertheless, fans have been waiting for this moment.

Revealed within a new issue of Entertainment Weekly magazine, Eisenberg’s take on the classic villain will be an all-new version of the character, according to director Zack Snyder:

He’s not any of the Lexes that you’ve seen, that’s for sure. Other than him being a captain of industry and one person to the world and another person to himself. And bald, of course….Our Lex is disarming and he’s not fake. He says what he believes and he says what’s on his mind. If you can unravel the string and decipher what he means, it’s all there.

Eisenberg of course joins Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman and the returning Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman. Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jeremy Irons, Jena Malone, Holly Hunter, Scoot McNairy, and Jason Momoa also star.

BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE hits theaters on March 25, 2016.
