Disney Treasures – Important Update – Service Ending

Funko has announced that they are discontinuing the Disney Treasures box as of April 2nd, 2018. The box named “Adventures” is the final box being offered by the service but they will be offered from an exclusive retailer. Keep an eye out for which one soon.

BI-MONTHLY ACCOUNT CHANGES
Today, Friday, February 16, 2018, all bi-monthly subscription accounts will have auto renew turned off immediately. This changes your account status from an active subscriber to an account holder. As an account holder, you will:
Need to Log in to your account to purchase the current Adventures Disney Treasures box. (instructions provided below)
** Quantities of the Adventures box are limited.

FOUNDER/ANNUAL SUBSCRIBERS ACCOUNT CHANGES
As of today, Friday, February 16, 2018, all annual subscription accounts will have auto renew turned off. Therefore, upon your annual renewal date, your account status will move from an active subscriber to an account holder. Until your annual renewal date, you will continue to receive your allotted subscription boxes.

If you have reached your annual renewal date (and are converted to account holder), you will need to:

Log in to your account to purchase the Adventures box, if interested. (instructions provided below) ** Quantities on the Adventures box are limited.

Refunds: Once the Disney Treasures Subscription service is discontinued, any refunds for annual subscription boxes that are not fulfilled will be processed back to the credit card currently on file in your account. For example, if your annual subscription was scheduled to renew in August 2018, you will be refunded for the balance of your annual subscription between the discontinuation date and your original August 2018 renewal date. Please ensure that the credit card and billing information for your account is up to date.

Annual Gift: As an Annual Subscriber to Disney Treasures, you will receive your annual subscription gift. Even if your annual subscription is not completed and Funko issues a refund for boxes not fulfilled, we will still send you the Disney Treasures Annual Subscriber’s gift. Annual gifts will be delivered within a month of your annual renewal date.

Click ‘My Account,’ enter your email address and your password, and click ‘Log In.’
Navigate to the Order Past Boxes section where you will find the current box, Adventures, as well as past boxes.

Add the Adventures box, and any past boxes, to your cart and proceed through the check-out process.
Your entire cart, including the Adventures box, will be processed for payment upon check-out.
The current Disney Treasures box will ship in early April, while any past boxes ordered will be shipped immediately.

Box Availability
The inventory of the Disney Treasures collectible box, offered by Funko, will be limited. Existing Annual Subscribers will be guaranteed a box, with the balance of inventory offered to all Account Holders. See steps above to secure a box.

How do I update my account or subscription information?
Your account has different sections to help you easily access information. Billing information can be updated at any time in your Billing Information section. Subscription-specific information — like shipping address or shirt size – can be edited in your Subscriptions section. Please note that updating a subscription will not affect any orders that already exist in your Recent Orders section, so make sure to make subscription changes before your Next Charge Date.

When is my credit card charged?
Payments are processed during the check out process.

When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Subscription boxes ship every other month shortly after the box cutoff date. Past boxes ship within two weeks of order, unless otherwise specified. We’ll send you an email with tracking when your order ships, and you can also see tracking information once it’s available within the order in your account.

Can I order a past box or other exclusive products?
As an active member, you’ll have access to past boxes (while supplies last) and other exclusive products! From there you can order any available past boxes or exclusive products.

Subscription boxes are moving to retailers so that Funko can focus on what they do best – creating unique, quality collectibles. Funko will be discontinuing the subscription offering for the Disney Treasures on April 2nd, 2018.

How do I purchase prior to boxes being transitioned to retail?
In preparation to transitioning this service to retail and due to limited inventory, changes will be made to the Disney Treasures offering and to your account. As of Friday, February 16th, 2018, all annual and bi-monthly subscription accounts will have auto renew turned off. For annual subscribers, you will continue to receive your allotted subscription boxes until your annual renewal date. For bi-monthly subscribers, you will need to log in and purchase a box.

Who is eligible to buy the current and past boxes?
All account holders (anyone who previously had a subscription) are eligible to buy current and past boxes. Past boxes will be available through the Disney Treasures website until May 16, 2018 while supplies last for $30. On March 2nd, remaining past boxes will also be sold, while supplies last, on Funko Shop for $35. * Keep in mind that the Funko Shop cannot ship to Canada.

How long will past boxes be available?
Past boxes will be available through the Disney Treasures website until May 16, 2018 while supplies last. Disney Treasures account holders will be able to buy past boxes while supplies last for $30 on March 2nd. Remaining past boxes will also be sold while supplies last on Funko Shop for $35.* Keep in mind that the Funko Shop cannot ship to Canada.

What will happen to my personal account information?
Funko will remove all personal information from the website when we take the subscription sites down. Only authorized employees will have access to past account information.

How long will I be able to view my order history?
You will be able to access your account on www.funko.com/subscriptions/disney until May 16, 2018. If you need order history information after the site is removed, please email [email protected].

How will annual subscriptions be refunded?
Once the Disney Treasures Subscription service is discontinued, any refunds for annual subscription boxes that are not fulfilled will be processed back to the credit card currently on file in your account. Whether or not a retailer will ship boxes internationally with depend on the retailer. Stay tuned for details.

Are my other subscriptions affected?
All subscription boxes from Funko are being discontinued and moved to retailers, however the timing will differ. You will receive detailed information by email for each subscription you have.

Why are bi-monthly subscriptions expired?
Bi-monthly subscriptions were expired so that customers didn’t need to manage their subscriptions and renewals. This way customers can go in and purchase a box the same way you will when boxes move to a retailer.
