i placed an order for 18 blu-rays yesterday, all of them got cancelled item per item.
when asking customer service if there's no way to honor this pricing error (because i really thought it was some kind of 1st of april clearance and spent some time getting my order together), all i got was a "we're very sorry this has happened", and after asking again they told me they would not honor this anymore. in "the other forum" a lot of people reported that their order either got shipped, or they got the chance to re-order and then get refunded the difference.
first time i'm really not happy with amazon.com, even if it was an unwanted site glitch - because either they honor all of the orders, or none, but not some... made me a bit angry that not all customers get treated equally.
