Sorry, that's a REALLY good question.

A fancast is who YOU (as a fan) would see to portrait the characters. By exemple, we know that Bale won't return as Batman, so who would make a great replacement?

The same with Superman, Flash, Green Lantern & Wonder Woman.
No need to include Green Arrow, Aquaman, Martian Manhunter, Black Canary, Hawkman, etc...)

For Wonder Woman it would have to be Salma Hayek she has all the right curves

Well since it's a fancast then..

Batman -- Christian Bale

Superman -- Chris Evans

Green Lantern -- Ryan Reynolds

Flash -- Jonathon Rhys Myers

Wonder Woman - Jessica Biel

I've never tried a fancast before... but for me:

Superman/Clark Kent - Matt Bomer (Suits, White Collar, Chuck, In Time)

He has the look, and he's shown in the past that he has talent. He's a good looking guy and could easily pull off the charm/determination of Superman and the sensitivity of Kent.

Batman/Bruce Wayne - Matthew Fox (Lost)

Maybe a strange one, but Fox has 'great acting eyes' - he has a lot of soul in the eyes and can portray a lot even with a mask on. He has the physique and the toughness to play the Dark Knight.

Wonder Woman/Diana Prince - Famke Janssen (X-Men, GoldenEye)

A fairly personal choice (because I think she's absolutely gorgeous) but she has played comic book roles before, and... well LOOK AT HER. She is already Wonder Woman

Flash/Barry Allen - Armie Hammer (The Social Network)

He has been in the frame for at least two of the JL characters, but to me he suits Flash. He has a cocky air about him (he's proved this, in The Social Network) and he has the look of a young Barry Allen.

Green Lantern/Hal Jordan - James Franco (Rise of the Planet of the Apes, 127 Days)

Partly because I don't like Ryan Reynolds, but Franco seems to have the acting chops and the range to play Hal Jordan - he can be brash and cocky, but also play a smart and intelligent take on the character.
