Definitely Taiwan, no matter how low in quantity Korean ones are somehow I prefer the Taiwanese slips, 95% of the time Taiwan has a superior looking slip and the shrink-wrap is second to none, for me it's always Taiwan (1st), then 'maybe' Korea OR Japan (2nd).

I somehow prefer the amaray's fullslip more than the steelbook's one

Nice if it is a full slip, but too bad they didn't go with the amaray art, which would have made it a more exclusive version.

The Amaray's slip is not a lenticular as I know.
