JBHIFI'S customer care is pretty s""t, to be honest!! treated like crap after receiving a damaged prometheus viva metal box and left out of pocket after having to open a paypal case against them!!

ive ordered twice from them. 1st time both steels arrived in 10 days unharmed apart from a scratch on one steel. 2nd order im still waiting on 2 weeks now, they have also taken payment off me twice but they say its paypals fault so currently waiting on refund. They're bargain steels but im a little reluctant ordering from them again
