Gonna be a tough call between this and Kimchi. Kimchi will have the edge because of the slip and extra little touches, but the price will be more

Almost bought the german ultimate edition yesterday. Good thing I hesitated. Been waiting a long time for this one. One of my favourite films. Happy days.

Great film lets hope for good artwork not some if the recent poor efforts. May well order instead of kimchi if artwork is good enough. If not will stick to the pro's and hope to dodge customs!

This changes everything (possibly, hopefully)!

It's important to point out that this is billed as "the 20th Anniversary edition", which perhaps means a new HD transfer, and that's not something Kimchi has been talking about for their exclusive so far.

I think it's great to have an alternate option in case Kimchi's version isn't working. I mean, I have no doubt they will go with backart #2 (70% of the votes), because backart #1 is just a monstrosity (with Natalie Portman photoshopped on that black background), but just in case, having a UK release is reassuring.

And there's no risk of having "The Professional" on the cover, that was for the US release.

If the UK version is good-looking, has a new transfer and costs €20 instead of €40 & the risk of customs, this will make me ponder :). They will probably be released around the same time.

On another note, Léon has been done 20 years ago... Damn, time just goes by, doesn't it? :tear:

Kimchi edition is HD remastered edition recently hit in the theatre.

I hope artwork will be different to give more option for collectors

Price for kimchi

I'm sure Leon kimchi is cheapest exclusive steelbook in their exclusive product from no. 1 to no. 6

So we collectors sit back and enjoy the steelbook coming from UK and kimchi for this fantastic movie.

£29.99 for a 20 year old film! No thanks! Even if it is a placeholder what's the most zavvi will knock off this £5? Again too expensive! Should be a similar price of Halloween, the price of steelbooks are getting ridiculous now

Its not a exclusive to anyone so if amazon sell it i am sure it will be much cheaper like £12.99.
