I ordered a few days ago both Collector's Edition (USA) and the Amazon.fr Special Edition (with T-Shirt). I still have to pre-order one of the Steelbooks, maybe the Amazon.de edition.

It is basically both. The idea was to create a unique film in which a concert happens to take place. Honestly, the end result felt more like a concert movie, but it does have some crazy stuff going on, and some mystery/ambiguity. I really enjoyed it, but then again, I am quite the Metallica fan. But this seriously has some of the best audio quality of any concert film I've ever seen. It truly is quite unique. If you are intrigued or like Metallica at all, you'll love this.

Ok ninjas here are the first pics. It looks better than the German one however there is no internal art.

Ok, so this is the coolest version. No inside art is sad, but at least people can add their own picture. To modify the back would be much harder
