Well it being pulled doesn't meant it's going to be scrapped entirely, perhaps due to the recent Agents of SHIELD storylines they are going to re-asses exactly how to do this one

With the success of Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and upcoming The Defenders and other great Netflix tv shows and considering how Agents of Shield pretty much ruined the Inhumans storyline, I wouldn't be surprised it they would go a completely other direction than from Daisy/Skye....
