Someone brought this theory a while ago (don't remember who) but I found it quite "possible":
Cheaper for Disney as they don't need to print multiple editions in Europe/Asia (English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese/Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc...), only change j-cards.
While in America, it's a different factory/market and they can do 1 version in English only.

Only a guess...

Surprise for me because Ama.de still showing another Artwork(not final i know ) -saw the FAC Artwork few days ago and really liked it,that´s why i was hoping for the same here in good old Germany

there are both artworks on amaton.de ...the old one and the new one.
