Did you check the discs or did you find the report online? Because I know that report, but french discs are actually totally different, without SPA/ITA tracks
And this is really unusual

For french steelbook I have no confirmation.
For italian, british and spanish I have confirmation in another forum with friends that have tested discs.

Edit: I have talked a minute ago with another friend with french edition in hand, he has tested discs and this is the report: 3D (only english + french), 2D theatrical (only english + french), 2D extended (this disc is same that spanish one, with english, castillian, italian, french...).

I have french steelbook, and I can confirm that report (same as 2D cine cut), just ENG/FRE tracks/subs.
So, there are actually two different discs sets, each one with a french DolbyAtmos track (core DDTrueHD7.1 for the french discs, core DD+5.1 for the ITA/UK/SPA discs): this is really unusual, maybe they did a version for belgian/dutch market (ITA/UK/SPA discs got dutch subs, FRE discs don't), because of distribution rights, boh......
