In short, they were a band who's sound, some say, pre-dates The Ramones and Sex Pistols in originating Punk Rock as we know it. Trouble is, they were an all-black band with a controversial name that made record labels weary of their marketability, and so their album never got released. Unbeknownst to them, their only release, a 7" single, became a secret success in the underground vinyl collectors market. It ultimately drove the band to reunite and find unexpected success 35 years after the recording of the material.
