Thanks for the clarification. The guy that trained me how to work with some of our data just told our boss that I don't know how to do my job through an email that he didn't even cc me on. I then continued to work on the project and instantly found a huge mistake that he should have caught immediately. I think he falls under #2 on multiple counts.
