It is actually coming, but I wrote the owner of dvd-store (because I'm getting really mad if it won't open in cinemas) and he said it will actually release but the page was an error, too early. They'll put online the listing soon. (For soon i hope next year after cinemas release...)

It’s a bit early to start a thread for this release at this point in time.
The Theatrical Release(in cinemas) is scheduled for end of April 2021, we should expect the Blu-Ray/Steelbook release at the mid to end of summer 2021.
That's actually the problem, at first I had an heart attack, because if they put the listing now i thought paramount would release directly on VOD.
Don’t get me wrong, if it doesn’t go to theater and strait to Blu-Ray I’d Be ecstatic
as soon as I can own it on Blu-Ray to watch it at home the happier I’ll be.However the info I found indicates that it will go to theater next year

I’m in the UK and just checked iTunes, there’s nothing on there about A Quiet Place Part II...
I don't really know! A folk on a FB group posted a screen with the movie being on iTunes for preorder at 14 pounds! I was panicking! However, i think they sadly will release it on VOD.
Yeah, that's what i knew, but now this happened. I wrote a friend not from UK and she has it on her iTunes for preorder. I really hope it is a mistake.
I know obviously about physical release, but how do you know they are going FOR SURE, without thinking back, of releasing it theatrically?

Point being, you've resurrected a steelbook thread (that in my opinion you started way to far in advance of a theatrical release to begin with) talking about a possible preorder listing on itunes UK. Such a listing would have no baring on the validity of a steelbook release. It's still going to happen, relax.
The theatrical release plan of major motion pictures is changing. Expect to see many films have limited theatrical runs, mixed with premium VOD or direct to VOD releases. It's no cause for panic. Aslong as there is still a market for physical releases they will continue.
Just as an FYI, preorders going live way in advance on premium VOD services in the UK is not uncommon. They often go live as films are announced with release dates many months post theatrical releases. In the same way you can preorder physical media when a film is released theatrically. So again, there's no cause of concern.

yeah i probably mispelled, my thought was how do you know they are gonna release it theartically without regret/thinking Jack of releasing it on vod
(the thread for the steel, i made it because it went online, i wouldn't have made it if not so)
I mean you're right, I don't conclusively know that it'll get a theatrical release, but I'd find it highly unlikely that it won't. I'm just saying a preorder on iTunes UK shouldn't be any indication that there won't be a theatrical or steelbook release.i trust you. thanks for replying
