Hush yo' mouth! We're talkin' about Shift! And Brojak, Dusty Henry, Foxy Green, Jacky Bill and all the rest of the tough men (and ladies) who are mad as heck and aren't gonna take it no more! Pull on your leather jacket, fix your face in a scowl, and try to decide if you feel lucky. Well punk? Do you feel lucky?

If you have never played smash up before Smash Up, designed by Paul Peterson, is the Shufflebuilding game from Alderac Entertainment Group. In Smash Up players draft two faction decks, such as pirates, ninja, robots, zombies, and more, and combine them into a force to be reckoned with!

When the game begins, players take turns drafting one of several faction decks.

Once each player has two decks, they shuffle them together, combining their distinct abilities into a unique 40-card deck.

A random selection of Base cards are dealt to the table, and players use their decks to attempt to have the most power on a base when it is scored.

Tom Cleaver's game of tomb building and Egyptian history is one of our favorite products. Originally published as three stand-alone games of about 100 cards each, Premium Edition combines all three games into one upgraded and revised new release!

What is a "Premium Card"? For AEG, that means a super-sized (Tarot) card that gives the art and game text room to breathe, a card that looks amazing on the table, a card made with a linen finish, and printed on the highest quality card stock.

We have a lot of experience with Premium cards - we featured them in Love Letter Premium, Lovecraft Letter, and the cards in both Mystic Vale and Edge of Darkness are built to Tarot-size. Every spring, millions of monarch butterflies leave Mexico to spread out across eastern North America. Every fall, millions fly back to Mexico. However, no single butterfly ever makes the round trip.
Mariposas is a game of movement and set collection that lets players be part of this amazing journey.
Mariposas is played in three seasons. In general, your butterflies try to head north in spring, spread out in summer, and return south in fall. The end of each season brings a scoring round, and at the end of fall, the player with the most successful family of butterflies — i.e., the most victory points — wins the game.

Calico is a beautiful strategy board game for 1-4 players that plays in 30-45 minutes.
In Calico, players compete to sew the coziest quilt as they collect and place patches of different colors and patterns. Players will choose a personal design to follow, while trying to create color and pattern combinations that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also able to attract the cuddliest cats!

Turns are simple. Select a single patch tile from your hand and sew it into your quilt, then draw another patch into your hand from the three available. If you are able to create a color group, you may sew a button onto your quilt. If you are able to create a pattern combination that is attractive to any of the cats, it will come over and curl up on your quilt! At the end of the game, you score points for buttons, cats, and how well you were able to complete your unique quilt pattern.

Warlord Returns for it’s 20th Anniversary!



The legendary collectible card game of d20 combat, Warlord had a long history with many players still active in tournaments and leagues to this day. Warlord is a long-time favorite of many at AEG, and we did not want to let the 20th Anniversary of this classic game pass without a tribute.

In the days of the CCG, Warlord was unique in its “Challenge System” which allowed players to take on rare and powerful enemies at special events. The most coveted of these were the Medusan Lords, completely unique cards that represented the creators’ own role-playing game characters. Defy the odds and defeat one and the player claimed it as their own.

In this special 20th Anniversary pack, we look back at the origins of the Medusan Lords, when they were simple Warlords. This will allow everyone to build all-new decks using these characters! And included are items related to each, a new challenge Overlord, and a new alternate-art of the always useful Brine Fiend!
