What a beautiful steel book! I'll be kicking myself forever for not buying this! Last Tuesday I was about to purchase it, but thought I should wait a day for my CC statement to post. Come Wednesday- GONE! I am a sucker for Disney movies. If they have anymore available would they be under the "outlet" section of their website? I have been literally checking multiple times a day, to see if maybe it pops up again for a brief moment... I'm might be going crazy.

Unless they specifically do not want to buy Disney steelbooks. It's unbelievably popular because of eBay, you'd be kidding yourself if you thought otherwise.

My bank sent me a new debit card because apparently there accounts got compromised now the card I used to pay for this won't be active no more by the time this gets released. I really really don't want to lose my pre order for this.

I would contact customer service and explain this to them. Maybe they can place a new order for you, knowing that they can fulfill the order with the stock of the already existing orders that you need to cancel. From a customer service standpoint, they need to be able to do something for you because your scenario is not that strange. Amazon allows payment changes, address changes, etc. Zavvi needs to offer that as well. That's just basic common sense.

my bank did the same thing. I just went into my Zavvi account and added a second card.

So it was them, my card was comprimised too recently and I have open orders with the old card. Zavvi said they can't update the payment for them, luckily it was for Indy and I don't think those will sell out

I got the vudu email, but luckily I don't have my CC on them. Though if it was Zavvi it's odd that the person tried to do a money transfer within the US

Alladin looks nice, hopefully they do little mermaid also

Aladdin is my favorite disney movie. Wreck can u convince zavvi to change there orders page so u can change ur payment method on open orders like Amazon has it?
My card got compromised by something that happened at Schnucks grocery store in my area. Nothing to do with zavvi or that Vudu thing.

U can add a different card to ur account to keep on file for faster check out but after check out that card is locked in for that order. No way to change it.
