Goes to show no matter how much we complain Zavvi will still come out winners if we keep buying from them.

I really wanted this steel after seeing the pics people put on here but I've stuck to my guns and refused to pay the extra £6.

Gutted I'm not getting it but c'est la vie.

I got a shipping email for this last Monday and a cancellation email on Wednesday for the same order. If I ejd up not getting this I am going to cancel all my pre orders from zavvi.

luckily enough my refund was processed yet, contacted them to say that coz it was back in stock to change my refund to a replacement and they say - Yes and will dispatch in the next 24hrs....

Was able to get an order in while this was live again on the site earlier today. Not really happy with the higher price, but I guess it's supply and demand driving this up so can see why they did it- but Zavvi really should have been replacing damaged ones first. At least it seems like a few people were able to get the change to a replacement.

Still ended up cheaper then I could get it elsewhere and figured someone would be buying it either way, so went ahead with the order as I really wanted one of these to add to the collection.

Got my copy today, faint vertical scratch can be seen at an angle. Doubt if I can get a replacement copy.

Zavvi just up and cancelled mine. I had it preordered day one but didn't have the money to pay for it when they were shipping early. Well I get the money and the next thing I know is that it gets cancelled. Pretty upset about it and I am in contact with them so we'll see how it works out. If I don't get it I guess it wasn't meant to be.
