I remember when these came out in the US, but only the first two. The rest were German releases (with German writing), so ultimately I gave up on it all.

This, now. It’s my favorite film series, and this could be my favorite blu-ray set ever. It looks amazing.

To improve it further: make full slips with theatrical posters!

I expect these to be a lot better in hand, glossy finishes with creative embossing as has become the norm now with FA's WEA steelbooks

I'm gonna stick with my UK steelbooks set, this new ones look slightly better but are not worth FAC's crazy prices so i rather keep the money for other releases

Have to say that these look crap! But, if they are fully glossed and embossed, that would be awesome.

But I can just see FA now going on the cheap on this, I feel it in my water!

I want nothing less than a good quality finish like they have done in their previous WEAs, and not just glossed with a debossed title either, the whole works and nothing but the works.

Also, just a note on these all matching, it’s a bit late now that Covenant and Prometheus do not match ( XL and non XL slip ) might as well keep them individual now.

I think the following artworks should be used for the steels.

Well I get the frustration and seems many of us want the egg.. but it’s been used for Covenant and i think they might don’t wanna do that again so there’re so much good artworks to be used (let alone Fox would approve) I’m not overly excited about this but not diappointed either so it comes down to slips and goodies... but boy I would love to see UHD version of this masterpiece (and Aliens too of course)...

Meh, this and aliens are the best of a bad bunch. Gloss will help a bit tho
Yeah totally agree. The series has degenerated into an androiderotic flute blowing love fest.
Alien and it's follow up with an s on the end are the only films I need.
But there are others who embrace diversity much better than I do.:emb:

Yeah. I am pretty protective of what I consider "authentic" in the Alienverse. (And the life cycle).
Alien Dog? NOPE. (Alien 3)
Hybrid Alien/Human? NOPE. (Alien Resurrection)
(And don't even bring any AVP predalien crap into the conversation)

sold my German steelbooks, so I'm happy that they use the same front artwork.

Would love to see the original poster as a steelbook, the one that got pretty closer to it was zavvi's exclusive.

You mean the fact that the alien behind her is a silhouette of a toy from AVP line of toys?
Same cover used on Walmart and Target blu ray wave.
It doesn't get any more "Booty" than this bootleg.
