Hopefully this week, I think they sent an update a week ago saying shipping will start today. They do have fantastic quality products but the shipping time is quite frankly a joke

Hello everyone and welcome back after the Christmas holidays.
we knew that the delay in Alita's expeditions would have been reported and I thank you for having been so patient and allowing us to continue working to reduce the inconvenience.

The reasons for the delay will be explained in a future message, for now the priority is to give you the shipping dates according to the program we are following:

- GB Ninja:
shipping labels and tracking will be sent on Friday. The parcels will physically move on Monday morning to the international corier center and the tracking codes will be active from next Tuesday.
Anyone who has problems or does not receive information about their shipment can contact me directly.

orders on the CM store website:
the timing is very similar, but for reasons of number of packages to prepare, these orders could move between Tuesday and the end of the week's prosism.
Again I am at your complete disposal for assistance.

Again, we apologize and hope that Alita's quality will pay off your expectation.

As soon as I have more time I will explain in detail the problems we have had and all the development interventions that we are making to improve the service!

@duckandrun I just got a packet from cinemuseum after waiting for 4 long months but after opening it I was let down once again.
I paid 137,90€ in the group buy for the combo but all I got is the Lenti. (n)
I'm happy to send it back to you and wait a few more days for the set + gift thanks

Yes saw this mistake but it was too late unfortunately.
our combo box set is ready, your tracking code will be sent tomorrow.
I'm sorry but with multiple shimpments sometimes is possible to miss an order

I received shipping notification & tracking 2 weeks ago, yet cinemuseum didn't send the package to the post office.

I asked them 3 times (a week ago, 2 days ago and today) about what was going on with the package. Always been polite and friendly but no answer.

Today i sent another message saying that if i don't get any answer, i will have no choice but open a paypal claim. They answered that my ton was agressive and not appropriate (!!!!??????)

I answered back that i always defended Carlo and Cinemuseum product because i am a big fan (got ALL their releases exept Casino) and saying that i was aggressive just because i wanted to know why my tracking didn't move since DAY 1 two weeks ago and no response to 3messages was a shame and that i will not hesitate to let everyone know about the poor customer service.

They answered with VERY VERY aggressive ton saying that if i say anything to anyone on social media or forum to destroy Carlo reputation (WTF ?????) they will cancel all my pending orders without notice... Then, they send me another tracking saying that they will ship the product as quick as they can. Meaning that they NEVER send the product iine the first place and previous shipping notification was a lie...

PREORDER WAS 6MONTHS AGO and they dare saying that they work as fast i they can and i should be thanksful for their gratitude (WTF?????) because they found a copy of single lenticular for me (WTF ?????)
They never FOUND it for me, i bought it myself at a higher price 64.90€ + shipping when it came back in stock on their website !!!!!! (i had the boxset on preorder but had to cancel due to my daughter being seriously sick in december and needed the money but i bought the lenticular by myself on january not because they found me a copy....)

Enough is enough i asked for refund for all my pending orders and i am done with this company.

I am a respectable girl, never had in my all life ANY problem with any seller on the internet (private selle or company) but today i can say that i am deeply shocked.



SERIOUSLY GUYS, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

PS: i can send all messages to anyone on PM to prove my good faith.

@hatredhorror why would they send me another tracking number today saying they will ship the product asap then? And it didn't excuse the horrendous customer service threatening people who dare asking what's going on...

Also it's not asendia for me but La Poste as I live in France and package from Italy to France takes 48h at max (colissimo service)
Always the case with all my previous cinemuseum orders.
