Holy Sh*t @huggy2k4, thats bad! I hope your prizes are ok...

No both items are damaged not really bad but dented in afew places, you can tell this was ripped open to check what was inside has the bubble wrap was ripped off and steelbooks where sat on top of the bubble wrap when I opened it. The only thing I great condition was the fridge magnet.

MyHermes are a terrible delivery company just last week I had a parcel delivered from an elderly lady in a Ford Fiesta, to get to my parcel she had to move some other parcels out of the way, one she put on the roof of her car. Yes she drove off with the parcel still on the roof and only noticed when she got down the road after it went flying off .

Yeah the worst delivery company ever, when play.com started using them most of my deliveres turn up with damaged packaging and items.

Here's a picture to show the damage Jack Ryan dented towards the top and Lone Survivor is dented in the same place but has problems closing fully.
