lgans... you'll need to contact Tony. Your order is placed and your copy/copies are "reserved", but it will never ship out unless he fixes it to "payment completed".

Is that under order status? if so, that happened to me with frozen, I just emailed them, and they switched it to payment completed, if the money was charged to you, you should be fine

Gosh I almost missed this one as well. First tried the tri-pack for some minutes to no avail. Then I went for each edition, which I managed to get. :yes:

Persistence pays off I guess. I kept trying to add and clear cart. All of the sudden the tri-pack was in stock again so I added it and tried to checkout and that time it worked

They most definitely need to work the bugs out of their system. This is fricking ridiculous...

OK this bullocks as I got nada and I'm furious, after 20 odd minutes back and forth with my items in the cart I got an order number but couldn't get through to pay for it, I am really pissed the off.

It was frustrating checking out and trying to complete the order. But I tried and tried and finally succeeded. Hope the rest of you are able to get through.

1 boxset, one 1/4 slip, and 1 American Psycho lenticular digipack.

Wish I could get to the checkout page.. I've been stuck on the new member page for the last half hour.. just keeps telling me to re enter my password.. so I do in both boxes then it loads and I get a box come up saying I don't know what? And I have to re enter my password.. all other boxes seem to be filled in right.. I've done the redundancy check on my email.. don't know what I'm doing wrong.. I remember this happening to me when I tried to join kimchi when they had MU SB slip but I got nowhere fast.. 35 mins wasted.. I give up.. probably something simple but I can't work it out

Got B Lenti at least! I had twice tripack in cart but when making payment, a message appeared with "empty basket" and then out of stock ...
