Choi can you get Tony to check his emails as I am trying to cancel an order before my credit card bill comes in I paid with PayPal which is linked to my card.
I placed a second order which I want to keep.
I realise Tony is very busy with these new releases but would appreciate a reply

I second this. I have to cancel 2 orders made due to mistake from the shopping cart system still including an order I didn't want by the time I checked out without me realizing it and another due to it timing out before I get to make a payment. I finally managed to make the right order but I want to cancel the 2 previous ones.

Thanks. I can't seem to find a way to cancel an individual item, but rather the entire order instead. At least it did say this on the top of the page:

Order cancellation : You can cancel your order after 6day(Business days) of the order of In Writing the order, Receipt of order, Waiting the payment.

Cancel Application : In case of the order of waiting for shipping, You have to request to Kimchidvd.

So I guess I'll have to wait for Tony to reply.

Happy to say that Tony was fast at issuing a partial refund for the steelbook I purchased by accident. Did that despite what their website says. That's what I call customer service!

When you click on the link for Lenti Type B, it is no longer available, which isn't a surprise, but what's odd is that it says $34.99. I thought there would only be 300 for that price. Then another 400 available for $36.99.

Does this mean that all 1000 copies of Lenti B sold out? (300 in the tripack + 700 individual)

Doesn't mean it's sold out...I'm guessing the 400 remainder + price will be raised after The price promotion Sale : ~ PM05:00 11th April 2014 (Korean Time)

However, Tony could re-activate the in stock due to cancellations in the meantime to clear the 300

I am still dumbfounded by why the tripack was so attractive to people. Unlike the blufans tripack which made sense as you got three differently designed steelbooks, in this case, you get the same steelbook x3 albeit different covers / slips.

Some people were going to get the 3 different slips regardless and this was just a very nice edition that was added to enhance the process of getting it.Nothing miraculous here but a nice touch indeed.
